Support at Home application checklist
Support at Home replaced Home Care Packages on 1 November 2025. It funds aged-care services in the home for the person being cared for, through an assessment, a funding classification and a registered provider. This checklist follows that order.
Based on the Department of Health and Aged Care's published guidance. FeatherKeep does not decide eligibility or arrange assessments — confirm details at health.gov.au .
Support at Home does not pay family caregivers. It funds services and respite for the person receiving care. If you are looking for support directed at you as a carer, start with Carer Gateway.
