Support for the recovery you're planning
Recovering after a C-section?
FeatherKeep can take agreed household tasks such as meals, laundry and light housekeeping off your plate while you focus on recovery and your family.
Arrange help after a C-sectionPlanning ahead?
You can request postpartum support before delivery, including before a planned C-section. Tell us approximately when you expect to return home, and we'll confirm availability before support begins.
Plan support before deliveryHow it works
- 01
Connect with a care coordinator
Call or request a callback to discuss your location, timing and support needs. We aim to call you back within 15 minutes. Response times depend on team availability.
- 02
Instant Matching: Check Local Availability
We begin checking suitable local workers as soon as your needs are reviewed. Your worker and dates are confirmed after assessment and availability checks. We explain proposed visit duration, schedule and pricing.
- 03
Tailor and agree your care plan
Assessment shapes the proposed care plan and arrangement for your approval. After a conversation, you can share details and preferences securely online where appropriate. We confirm your agreed support, schedule and price before care begins.
- 04
Begin agreed support
Where assessment, your approval and a suitable worker are in place, we aim to arrange support within 24 hours. This is a target, not guaranteed availability. We confirm the agreed schedule and communication arrangements before support begins.
Practical support alongside your healthcare team
FeatherKeep provides practical, non-medical support at home. Your healthcare professionals remain responsible for your medical care.
Our postpartum service is adult household support only. It does not include newborn care, babysitting, nursing, wound or incision care, medication administration, clinical postpartum assessments, breastfeeding or lactation support, or emergency monitoring. We do not claim doula accreditation or that every worker is a postpartum specialist.
